Oversees all day-to-day operations and economic development in Jefferson township. Bachelors Degree in Administration Antioch University, and Economic Development Professional Certification from the National Development Council. He servers on the CityWide Development Corporation Board , is Vice Chairman of Dayton Fund for Rehabilitation, serves on the Advisory Board of the Greater Dayton Fund for Rehabilitation, serves on the Advisory Board of the Greater Dayton Homeownership Center. He is the president of the Madden Hills Neighborhood Association. William also serves as Staff Pastor at Christ Cathedral.
